Research on Antitrust Problem of Merger and Acquisition

With the continuous development of our country socialist market economy, mergers and acquisitions are becoming an effective way to develop economies of scale. Enterprise size over a certain limit, however, can lead to monopoly. So to properly handle the relationship between the economies of scale and antitrust, maintain effective competition, becomes the key to regulate antitrust problems in enterprise mergers and acquisitions. Current situation of introduction, this article through to mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises m&a legislation defects analysis focuses on the merger regulation antitrust issues in the legislation flaws, and draw lessons from the successful experience, on the basis of the actuality of m&a in China, puts forward how to deal with the relationship between the economies of scale and antitrust and control merger legislation idea.
