In an increasingly globalized economy, the world's great fusion of today's world, intercultural communication has become a realistic demand. Increasingly frequent exchanges between countries so that people have more opportunities to face a variety of ideas and cultural behavior, cultural misunderstanding and the resulting cross-cultural barriers is inevitable, which largely affects the different intellectuals harmonious interpersonal exchanges and cooperation. Timely and effective manner to overcome these communication barriers is key to the success of cross-cultural communication. Successful cross-cultural communication not only for personal development, between different cultures people exchanges and friendly cooperation, and peaceful coexistence between countries has a crucial importance. Language is the carrier of culture, language, culture, society should be seen as inseparable whole. Culture teaching is an important part of the teaching of the language, culture teaching should focus on the import of \Language proficiency of college students, the social and economic development put forward higher requirements, but it seems that our foreign language teaching is not focused to some extent in terms of cross-cultural communication ability, cross-cultural communication failures and obstacles have not been effectively avoid. Therefore, English teaching culture intercultural communicative competence is desperately needed. Cross-cultural relationships exist in the interpersonal communication between individuals with different cultural backgrounds, the general interpersonal common, but also has cross-cultural specificity. The impact of interpersonal factors are varied, and the culture is one of the most important. In different cultures under the influence of the different relationships in the West. Overall, interpersonal relationships was collectivism, feelings, Western interpersonal relationships was self-orientation, re-liberty, equality. On the basis of previous studies, the authors made a more systematic summary of the Western interpersonal relationships, summarized and generalized. Through specific analysis to identify the characteristics and differences in Western interpersonal relationships, we are dealing with more complex relationships provide a theoretical basis. Cross-cultural interpersonal theory and foreign language teaching combined, the purpose is to try to find practical ways in order to study the feasibility of cross-cultural interpersonal theory, penetration in English teaching in language learning while overcoming communication barriers, promote student cross-cultural communication capabilities. Based on these considerations, the study will focus on the following questions: First, learning cross-cultural interpersonal theory help to improve intercultural communicative competence of English majors? Second, the penetration of the theory of cross-cultural interpersonal In what ways can improve students' cross-cultural communicative competence?, what teaching methods will help improve students' intercultural communicative competence? Finally, cross-cultural penetration in English Teaching interpersonal theory What are the benefits? In this study, the first year of the undergraduate English professional two classes as an experimental object, a class as an experimental class, the other classes as controlled classes, two classes of different teaching methods and teaching content, in order to verify that cross-cultural penetration in foreign language teaching interpersonal theory improve students' intercultural communicative competence to be effective. By means of the test volume, questionnaires, customer feedback form on students' intercultural communicative current state of knowledge and cross-cultural interpersonal ability to investigate and analyze, to analyze problems and to explore the countermeasures. Experimental data collection, statistics and analysis, the conclusions are as follows: First, the teaching of the theory of cross-cultural relationships can help improve students' intercultural communicative competence. Experiment, the students after intercultural interpersonal knowledge of the various forms of training in language skills, communication etiquette, ability to cooperate, interpersonal communicative competence has improved significantly. In addition, applied some auxiliary teaching methods also proved to develop students' intercultural communicative competence effective. Second, the findings also made a number of recommendations on College English Teaching. This paper discuss how to expand the the cultural teaching content, to develop cross-cultural communication skills, and also put forward constructive suggestions. Meanwhile, the paper also pointed out some of the limitations of the experiment.
