Language testing since the 1960s rise development today has become a discipline has its own independent research areas and research methods. Over the last decade, about testing backwash effect on the teaching of research has become one of the focuses of the study of language test. Backwash effect of test recent years, China has accumulated a certain amount of experience, but most studies have focused on the study on the national exam, there is little research on a specific course exam backwash effect on teaching , especially in the newly created Ministry of Education Business English major, it means testing a single, just tinkering in the original English professional test system does not reflect the characteristics and requirements of professional Business English teaching and testing. This paper attempts to Design Business English Intensive examination papers from an empirical point of view, according to the the BEC communicative language test characteristics, and with reference to the research of scholars backwash effect, combined with our Business English professional teaching practice, explore the papers of Business English Teaching backwash effect. The theoretical basis of this paper is the relationship between language testing and teaching, communicative language testing features and design theory papers. Combined with the the BEC communicative language test characteristics and the business Intensive English syllabus under the guidance of these theories, design a set of Business English Intensive examination papers based on authenticity, interpersonal skills, and demand theory. Analysis methods and the use of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the reliability and validity of the papers, through questionnaires, personal interviews and classroom observation by means of 180 Business English Professional (direction) of Heilongjiang Province, three university students and 15 Business English teachers empirical research. The results show that, Communicative Language Testing characteristics according to BEC Design Business English Intensive exam positive backwash effect on teaching and learning. Based on their interpersonal skills and needs analysis, can detect not only the students learn knowledge, but also be able to inspect and urge students to exercise actual occasions communicative competence by teachers and students alike, and for the establishment of business English test system useful exploration.
