The detailed analysis of the virtual neutral point \kinds of voltage level of the DC brushless motor , the accurate position sensorless brushless DC motor commutation . Photovoltaic pumping systems developed in the subject position sensor brushless DC permanent magnet motor drive motor as a positive displacement pump , the system selects the PIC16F877 MicroChip production as the main chip of photovoltaic pumping systems , and design the hardware and software of the system . Three independent channels used in the system were detected by the respective three-phase windings of the brushless motor EMF zero crossing , while in the software used in the digital filtering in order to eliminate interference from other noise , so that the detection circuit detects the back EMF zero crossings is more accurate and reliable , digitally controlled five - position sensor brushless DC motor . Also specifically in this article discusses the implementation method of the CVT and MPPT in photovoltaic pumping systems , and the preparation of the corresponding software . The experimental determination of experimental prototype , it is able to achieve accurate brushless DC motor commutation , motor running stability . Areas for improvement of the system is analyzed in the paper at the end .
