Similar to most biomedical signals, the ECG (Electrocardiograph) signals are very delicate. As we know, like other areas, such as radar, sonar, communication, earthquake, remote sensing, it is very important to denoise the signal. Commonly, natural ECG (Electrocardiograph) signal’s frequency spectrum is 0.01Hz-100Hz. At the same time 90% ECG signal’s energy concentrate between 0.25 Hz -35Hz. Because of the interference of instruments and bodys, we should pay more attention to several noises, such as 50Hz. I use IIR filter to denoise the signal.Due to the non-stabilization of other noise, I use wavelet transform to process the signal in order to get good result. Wavelet analysis is a new subject in recent years and also in a near future it is also a hotspot. After studied many papers, I have used Wavelet Gaussion to process the ECG signal and got a good results.After denoising and using wavelet transform to process the the signal. I use the method of template-matching to detect the R-Peak. Using this method, the preciseness rate improved greatly.Using C++ Builder, all this function are realized. This device have been used in the Number Six Rinmin Hospital. Through communicating with the doctor, this device have become more and more convenience.This device based on wavelet transform can be used to monitor adult, children. The parameter and the wave of the device are clear. This device can also provide 48 hour trend-chart and other important information.
