Objective To investigate the bilirubin protective effect on airway seek prevention of chronic bronchitis (chronic bronchitis), the development of new methods. Methods healthy and clean 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group (8), chronic bronchitis group (8) and bilirubin intervention group (8). Chronic bronchitis group: intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS, a concentration of 1g / L of 200μl) was prepared chronic bronchitis model. Control group: intratracheal instillation of saline. Bilirubin intervention group: chronic bronchitis in the preparation of model 2 hours before giving indirect bilirubin administered 20mg/kg / day, once a day, a total of 21 days. Three groups were detected in the first 22 days drawn.
