A Research on Influential Factors of Rehabilitation of Prelingually Deafened Children with Multichannel Cochlear Implant

In order to study the effect of rehabilitation in deaf children with cochlear implants related factors , 42 In this paper, the multi-channel cochlear implant deaf prelingually deaf children , rebuild threshold of hearing , auditory skills, language ability and intelligence assessments , and survey the their general situation , family situation , preoperative hearing aid wearers and training as well as the progress of the cochlear implant after the hearing , language and intellectual rehabilitation . The results of this study show that the factors affecting the level of rehabilitation of hearing ability of deaf children : father , mother's occupation , family income , found that deaf to the length of time of implantation , cochlear implant after time and the length of time the boot . The factors affecting the ability of deaf children language include : gender, age , and after implantation and boot the duration and hearing ability . The logistic regression analysis showed that : the per capita household income , long boot time , continuous hearing aid for a long time , the mother 's level of education is high Peijian help hearing ability . After implantation , deaf to the time of implantation , the hearing ability of language ability was positively related to the reconstruction of listening to the threshold and language ability was negatively correlated . Cochlear implantation for deaf children two adjacent half-year hearing ability , language ability and intelligence test results show that , the subjects continued rehabilitation training after six months of intelligence , hearing and language skills significantly improved compared to last . For normal mental development , implantation multi-channel cochlear implants in prelingually deaf children with postoperative rehabilitation agencies in a timely manner to accept the system the scientific rehabilitation is very necessary .
