Computer Management on Installation Engineering of Pingliang Power Plant

In this paper, the implementation of the dynamic management of the whole process of planning, organizing , coordinating and controlling the process of project management software P3 large international king of Pingliang Power Plant project under construction in Wang Cheng , thus solving large - scale thermal power engineering construction projects links , high strength construction , construction the king of the organization and management for large and complex problems , the smooth implementation of the project was building to achieve the desired goal . The authors apply the generalized network planning and critical path method operating division and the establishment of the structural model of the boiler installation project , P3 software in Pingliang Power Plant under construction engineering , to achieve the dynamic management of the installation project , and through computer the network released to the power plant construction progress of the electrical engineering construction plans , materials and other information , to provide management with a detailed management data . This changes the traditional mode of program management , improve project quality , shorten the construction period , and in reducing the cost of the project , save investment and reduce the engineering and technical personnel of the labor has achieved remarkable results .
