Objective: to deep vein thrombosis gradually become the common disease, vascular surgery about its etiology research gradually goes deep. Recently, researchers put forward sustainable low-grade inflammation is deep vein thrombosis risk factors, also have the researchers considered inflammation leads to the systemic inflammatory response. Therefore, we through the experiment verified. Methods: IL - 6 and IL - 12 as inflammation markers, and study them in plasma concentration in the change, to reflect the change trend of inflammation. The case group and the control group were taken on the age and gender composition similar, side by side in addition to other system infected patients 25. At zero (that is, to the hospital that day), 2, 4, 6 and 10 days continuous detection in plasma IL - 6 and IL - 12 level. Then apply the method of statistical analysis. Results: IL - 6 and IL - 12 levels in the acute phase of deep vein thrombosis, and then suddenly increased with treatment and gradually reduced to normal levels. The results and cannot deny persistent low-grade inflammation is the dangerous factors of deep vein thrombosis hypothesis, but support deep vein thrombosis in the acute phase can cause systemic systemic inflammatory reaction hypothesis. Conclusion: in the acute phase of deep vein thrombosis by IL - 6 and IL - 12 marked increase of concomitant systemic inflammatory reaction.
