The authenticity of the confession by the suspects usually determines the success cases cracked , therefore , to identify the suspects in the interrogation whether lying is very important . In this study, starting from the point of view of the legal psycholinguistics , the first to explore the the suspects lying psychological reasons and the accompanying psychological processes lie , and psychological motivation and the process will be reflected in the words of the suspects . Combing previous verbal cues of deception , we sort out the most common types of deceptive language clues . Based deceive psychological verbal cues Vrij study mode , we construct an analytical framework used to reveal the relationship between the psychology of deceit and deception verbal cues . Trusting to luck and resistance Weizui psychological derive the suspects lie directly psychological reasons ; suspects through three psychological processes lie in the process , the emotions, the psychological process of content complexity and behavior control . These psychological motivation and process embodied in the language of the statement . These verbal cues have the following characteristics : higher indirect , negativity , low complexity and specific , and not related to sex . This study found that to explore eleven kinds of deception verbal cues . These verbal cues based on the three psychological processes divided into three categories, namely emotional class , the content complexity classes and behavior control class . In this study, through the analysis of the false confessions discourse twenty-two found : verbal cues appear five deceived frequency was significantly higher than the other clues ; five -verbal cues in false confessions happen at the same time clearly reveals liar psychological states and processes . Therefore , these verbal cues in the present study is considered to be a sign of deception , and a useful clues to help interrogators psychological insight suspects .
