January 1, 2003 , China formally implemented the reform of the motor vehicle insurance , to give the insurance company the right to formulate its own Terms of auto insurance rate system . This to create the conditions for China 's auto insurance business with international standards , domestic insurance companies before foreign insurance companies to enter , expand all-round competition in the auto insurance product, price, service , first mature ; , but also for insurance companies brought some problems to be solved . With the liberalization of the domestic auto insurance rates terms of the system , the insurance market has gradually liberalized and foreign insurance companies to enter the competition in the auto insurance market is more and more intense , the vagaries of the market structure , the customer is the eternal theme . Determined by the characteristics of the auto insurance business customer relationship management ( CRM ) , an important position in the course of their business , and effective customer relationship management must be built on the basis of a powerful data analysis . Auto insurance business has a mass of data and data analysis to provide a basis for insurance companies , on the one hand ; On the other hand , also makes data analysis greatly increased the difficulty . How to make a broad array of insurance business data really transformed into the wealth of knowledge of the insurance company business decisions , so as to effectively support decision - making and implementation of auto insurance customer relationship management ? In this paper, the analysis of the current situation , problems and trends of the auto insurance business , the data mining techniques to auto insurance CRM system , focusing on how to apply data mining techniques to improve the level of auto insurance CRM analysis , and customer risk analysis, insured behavior analysis, customer value analysis and application of data mining fraud identify four business topics process design and modeling, and the use of internationally renowned data mining software, SAS Enterprise Miner 4.1 model for further validation and evaluation . This article draws some conclusions for auto insurance customer relationship management decision support meaningful , but more importantly, the significance of the data mining technology innovation in the insurance business , and now is the new auto insurance system introduced in the first year , hope this article will help auto insurance for insurance companies to improve the level of customer relationship management .
