Since the eighties of the 20th century, the quantity of the strategic alliance increased in a soaring speed, and became the fast way in the growing up of the enterprises. With the development of the social economy and science at full speed and the great shortening of life cycle of the products, what the customer pursued is individuality, the development speed and key competitiveness of the enterprises have replaced the important position of the previous resources and geographical and become uppermost goals that enterprises pursue , in addition, the foregoing have offered objective foundation for the rapid development of the strategic alliance. Because of various kinds of reasons , the powerfully strategic alliance of enterprise did not appear so far in the China. In the pass time, some organizations similar to the alliance established in some trades. For instance, the summit of the color TV etc. But, these can’t be called the real strategic alliance of enterprise.The strategic alliance can unite the advantages of both sides to the achieve the goal each other and reach the win-win, but a lot of strategic alliances are unsuccessful or inefficient in fact, that is, not all enterprise can participate in the strategic alliance. Some investigations show that the 70% of the strategic alliances failed because of improper relationship management of the strategic alliance in management. All these put forward the urgent need for us to study the strategic alliance’s relationship management.The Chinese market is moving towards the internationalization, while facing the competitor swarming forward and the opportunity of going out, Chinese enterprises should set up one’s own strategic alliances as soon as possible , strengthen the national and international competitiveness of our enterprises. Of course, one series of scientific, practical method should be carried on as the theory instruct.Based on both home and international studies about strategic alliances, the dissertation starts with the basic conception of the relationship management of the strategic alliance, then give an all-round explaining to the relationship management of the strategic alliance and analyze the risk factors of strategic alliance that exist in the relationship management, and then structure the grey correlation and neural network model to appraise the performance of the relationship management, and combine with realistic reasons that lead to thefailure of the strategic alliances, finally use the models mentioned above to analysis a real example to distinguish the influence primary and secondary factors to relationship management of the strategic alliances and offer references to boost the rate of successful strategic alliances and improve the strategic alliances’ benefit.
