Some researches have theoretically been done on the Implementation of Curriculum Policy (ICP) with the core of The Guidelines for Curriculum of Basic Education (Try-out Version).The research’s backgrounds, designs, methods, significances are focused on in the first chapter of this article. The definitions of Curriculum Policy (CP) and ICP are studied in the second chapter. The effective factors with Policy Implementation (PI), CPI are explored in the third chapter. CP itself, ICP’s propaganda and interpretations, ICP’s organizations and institutions and so on are the major factors affecting CPI. The theoretical models of PI, ICP are investigated in the fourth chapter. In this chapter, target group which essentially consists of teachers, students’ guardians and principals are specially investigated. The Policy Implementation Evaluation (PIE) is explored in the fifth chapter. The significances, concepts and methods are discussed. Some advice on new ICP is given in the last chapter of the article.
