This article is mainly for systems used in W-CDMA smart antenna receiver RF front-end research and design , the receiver is applied to the W-CDMA system uplink (1920MHz ~ 1980MHz), using QPSK modulation technique . First, the basic concepts of smart antenna technology , the basic principles of domestic and foreign research status comprehensive discussion and analysis of the role and composition of the RF front-end of the smart antenna . Subsequently , on this basis , applied to W-CDMA system the smart antenna receiver system design analysis , and gives the implementation , including the RF front-end module , IF demodulation circuit module, with reference to the frequency synthesizing circuit module several / A , A / D converter circuit module design and implementation of four parts . RF front-end circuit performance taking into account the good or bad will directly affect the performance of the machine , the paper focuses on the analysis and design of the receiver RF front-end circuit , including a low-noise amplifier , the microstrip filter and single- balanced mixer theoretical analysis and practical design , Ansoft Serenade environment simulation, simulation results meet design requirements .
