Research topics from the Guangxi Science and Technology Agency project \Today , CNC wire cutting in industrial production has been widely been applied , NC programming technology is developing rapidly. Foreign wire cutting programming software is very powerful, but the price is high , complex operation, and can not generate 3B format code . Homemade CNC wire cutting software is also a lot of them have their own characteristics , but not perfect in function or defective . Therefore, research and development of an SME-oriented with independent copyright wire cutting programming system is very practical significance . The main contents of this paper include the following aspects : ( 1 ) curve modeling and CAD file exchange : This paper uses Bezier curve modeling techniques and DXF format graphics file exchange algorithm. Graphics and NC code precision CNC programming system is difficult , this paper presents a new position category, the graphics and code accuracy is not lost. ( 2 ) cutting path generation: by studying a variety of lines and arcs adjacency relationship , figure out a variety of circumstances adapter adjacent intersection vector mathematical formula to produce accurate and precise tool path . ( 3 ) code generation and simulation : analysis 3B and G NC code instruction format, gives an algorithm to generate NC code for cutting simulation by-point comparison algorithm for research and development. SMEs wire cutting process is generally not difficult, for wire cutting programming software requirements are simple and cheap. This research and development of systems for SMEs , with a certain amount of applications.
