In this thesis, cracks and breakage problems occur during operation of the rotor - dumper of the Pangang Group thecarbonificated company carried out some research work. The content of the research is theoretically establish a theoretical model in line with the actual conditions of the dumper , boundary conditions , and the results compared with the actual analysis of the causes of the destruction , and then to find ways and means to solve the problem . In this paper, on the basis of the two-dimensional drawings provided by the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group , after careful study and explore , access to literature , the use of three-dimensional modeling software , the establishment of three-dimensional parts and assembly of the entire organization , and further understanding of the work of the entire organization . On this basis , according to the physical environment of the research object , determine various physical properties of coefficients , initial conditions , boundary conditions , and the introduction of the finite element analysis software . Structure using finite element analysis software module , is calculated according to the force and run the appropriate post-processing to obtain the corresponding structure deformation and stress distribution . Analyze and compare the actual situation and the results of theoretical analysis proposed reasonable corrective advice . The results of this research provide a theoretical basis for the rectification of the product , to lay the foundation for CAE technology in the application and promotion of the province 's electrical and mechanical trades . Its theoretical results will be large , complex physical structure in the force field distribution theory and numerical computation, academic and application value .
