Clinical Research on Preventing DVT After Artificial Hip Replacement with Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

Objective : To observe the low molecular weight heparin combined with promoting blood recovery soup prevention of hip replacement the clinical efficacy of postoperative deep vein thrombosis and its mechanism . Methods : Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Orthopedics 112 patients admitted to hospital artificial hip replacement surgery , 52 patients and the control group, 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group in combination the blood recovery soup and low molecular weight heparin control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin for prevention. Two groups of patients before and after treatment differences in changes in blood rheology , APTT , PT and limb swelling , DVT incidence of other indicators . Results : blood to recover soup combined with low molecular weight heparin can not only reduce the incidence of DVT of the lower limbs after hip replacement (treatment group was 3.85% , 8.33% ) in the control group , and has better improve blood hypercoagulable state, to extend the plasma activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time , reduce the clinical symptoms , the role of the signs . Conclusion : blood recovery soup hip replacement is effective in preventing postoperative deep venous thrombosis with low molecular weight heparin .
