Clinical Studies of Preventative Effects of Sodium Hyaluronate on Peridural Adhesion After Lumbar Laminectomy and Discectomy

Objective : To observe the 1% sodium hyaluronate injection for lumbar discectomy prevention of epidural adhesions after use and postoperative effects . : Lumbar disc surgery patients were divided into two groups , ( 1 ) after application of sodium hyaluronate group : ( 2 ) conventional control group , the intraoperative application and postoperative conditions and effects were compared . Results: sodium hyaluronate surgery is simple and reliable . Better postoperative analgesic effect , no adverse reactions, good clinical efficacy rate was higher , back to work for less than the control group . Conclusion: sodium hyaluronate for the prevention of lumbar discectomy the postoperative epidural adhesions good material .
