With the developing of the society’s productivity and industrialization, urbanization has been reaching the process of acceleration in our country. During the process the chief question is land requisition. Because a series of changes of the relations between state-owned and collective-owned, the characters of using and economic connections, It is important to probe in collective-owned land requisition.The paper points out the main malpractice that exists in current land requisition’s policy, and on the basis of the reference of the other market economics country/regions, the paper anatomize the main reasons profoundly. In a word, the paper wants to offer some useful suggestion form the reform to put the society into harmony.
