This paper expounded the educational resources of agricultural colleges and schools use economic significance , by collecting data on a large number of colleges and universities , education inputs and outputs from the case , the utilization of fixed assets , human resource utilization and disciplines construction of four aspects of the current agricultural colleges and schools use educational resources were analyzed economic situation and use typical analysis methods, the universities and colleges of higher agricultural education institutions and school resource utilization and cost were compared identify the economic impact of agricultural colleges and schools of the main factors , and lack of investment from education fees , personnel expenses has risen , and inefficient use of material resources and financial mismanagement , lack of oversight mechanisms targeted discusses several aspects to improve higher educational resources and agricultural institutions sponsoring economical way . Namely: the reform of external management system, improve the macro decision-making mechanisms ; grab disciplines , creating brand , forming characteristics , the school seeks lasting economic benefits ; strengthen internal management, improve efficiency in the use of educational resources . With the deepening of reform of educational system , by 2010 our gross enrollment rate will reach 15% , from the amount of the division of higher education into the public education phase, agricultural colleges and universities in the tide of reform steady progress, must stabilize and improve the teaching quality of the premise , the rational allocation of educational activities consumed in the process of human, material and financial resources to strengthen the education cost accounting, with less input training more qualified personnel to meet the needs of China's agricultural modernization and the broad masses of the urgent requirement of higher education
