With the gradually increasing social progress and economic development, employment as the key issues relating to the livelihood of people and more attention. As the appointee of the main body of employment, while also impacts include the common development of the individual, the employer and society. Female employment, as a special group in the work force, due to widespread discrimination in employment, has a serious impact to the balance of employment. With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education in China in recent years, women receiving higher education level and continuously improve the growing number. At present, China's colleges and universities has been propped up female college students in colleges and universities hold up half the sky, the proportion is close to 44%, the employment of female students face more and more difficult, which aroused attention from all sectors of society. Looking at the current situation at home and abroad, we can see that the problem of employment discrimination is widespread, countries are to study the phenomenon of discrimination in employment, and to take appropriate measures against discrimination in employment. Thus, according to China's specific national conditions, starting from the actual situation of China's female college graduates to find countermeasures suited to China's prohibition of discrimination in employment is very necessary. The paper, based on the theory of Marxism as a guide, follow the basic theory of the Ideological and Political Education, practical problems, adhere to the study of history and reality of consistent combination of qualitative research and quantitative research, fundamental research and application Countermeasures unity. Through questionnaires, individual interviews, seminars and other forms of employment of female graduates in-depth interviews to obtain first-hand information. Employment of female graduates of the research literature on domestic and foreign collate and analyze, to understand the current situation of the domestic and international research in this field, the research of others and inadequacies that female college student employment discrimination problem is primarily due to the backward gender perspective and gender discrimination, sharp contradiction between supply and demand in the market is not perfect, regulations and policies concerning employment, as well as the causes of female college students.
