Education is the fundamental driven power of one nation’s continuous development. In additional, higher education represent how well a nation’s development is. Due to the fast economy growth following the opening policy, China’s higher education went through a very fast growing. Especially, since the extent policy 1999, higher education in China has become pauperization, meanwhile, China changed a lot. Dramatic social and economical development made a lot of impact on people whom were gave birth to between 1990 and 1999. Youth of that period are used to online social lives, communicating over QQ, Feixin, strong emotional bond with certain movie stars, preferring popular culture in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, more advanced consuming concept, and for the most of all, their behaviors surprised the elders from time to time. In western societies, people with those signs were named Generation Y, and in China they were called as the 90-th Generation.In the past five or four years, the 90-th Generation got tons of thousands of social concerns. Eight of the ten times, they were questioned in the media stories. However, some of the 90-th Generation has gone to universities and colleges. Under this circumstance, this research did some explorations and concluded as following.1. Using Rokeach’s Value Survey, we found that 90-th Generation’s terminal values didn’t change, but the instrumental values changed significantly.2. Holland vocational personality test is capable of providing trust worth reference to observe 90-tn Generation’s personal values.3.90-th generation’s values are closely connected to person-organization fit. Companies, individuals can use that to predict the fitness between companies and candidates.
