For all students, focus on overall development of students , deepen education reform , the basic requirements for promotion of quality education , the teaching of geography goal is not just to teach students knowledge of geography , is more important is to develop the students ' disciplinary capabilities and develop students' intelligence , improve the overall quality of students . In this paper , according to the theory of psychology, social environment , and education , conducted a questionnaire survey of 300 high school students and student achievement investigation and analysis , combined with their years of teaching experience , found that high school students in the geographical learning gender differences. A geographic study gender differences in addition to physical reasons , there are other reasons ? Understand these reasons help people looking to narrow the difference of male and female students in terms of geographic ability countermeasures ? We With these questions the social status quo domestic and foreign research results of investigation and analysis, and put forward the reasons for the differences , and for these reasons the initial development of countermeasures to eliminate male and female students in geography learning differences . That teachers should be equal treatment of male and female students , to train female students ' interest in learning geography , culture female students' spatial thinking ability and geographic memory ability .
