The greenhouse effect caused by CO2 influences the subsistence of human beings, moreover, as a new kind of carbon resource, the fields of CO2 research and application are very extensive, and the producing and technology of CO2 have been flourished nowadays. Therefore researching and optimizing advanced producing CO2 process or the process of adsorption distillation is very significant.This thesis drew a conclusion that the producing of carbon dioxide was essential and the outlook was splendent by researching the state of producing carbon dioxide and its purpose over domestic and overseas.Through analyzing the scheme of reclaiming CO2 by adsorption distillation, it can be concluded that: the scheme still existed bottleneck problem which limited the production, and large wasting energy and the high cost of the scheme maked it in badly need of optimizing the production. Moreover, especially the prolonging of service lifetime and regeneration periods of the sorbent were the key of saving energy and lowering consuming. In addition, adjusting the production ratio of the edible class and the industrial class were the keystone to increase economical benefits. Furthermore optimizing the rectifying process and improving production quality were the emphasis to optimize the production.By altering the scheme, producing and testing, and disposing of the data, the perfect producing process was obtained in the end.
