The education of this new century is confronted with an arduous mission to deepen reform and development, though it has vigorously developed in the past. Those reform and develop should give solutions for many difficult problems in schools, and that should make the education go ahead to be more excellent. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to the school life of teachers and students.This paper researches a new teacher-student relation,which is called comprehensive teacher-student relation. It means that both teachers and students participate in an initiative construction of a new teacher-student relation, which bases on misunderstanding elimination and dialogue communion, so as to improve the school life and develop the education.The theory resource of comprehensive teacher-student relation is the interpretation idea of post-modernization and the interactionism of Sociology. Many great ideologists have excellence theories, such as comprehend theory, dialogue theory, discontruction theory. Those ideas can enlight the construction of new teacher-student relation. They offer us new points of comprehend, and tell us how to establish the comprehensive teacher-student relation.It is worthy to envisage the real state of of teacher-student relation in school. This research wants to know the feasibility of comprehensive teacher-student relation through a necessary investigation.Bases on the theory argumentation and practice analysis, the paper gives frondose operation strategies to the construction. As the portrait aethod to say, the paper offers the constructive process, which has six steps. From the landscape orientation, the paper describes many practice strategies.As an idealize teacher-student relation, the comprehensive teacher-student relation has its own advantages, which should be proved in the school education. Of course, the research has some possible shortages. So, in the end, the paper gives a reverse thinking to the research process.
