The new century, advocated the concept of lifelong education, with the rapid development of modern information technology, learning presented in a way the trend of diversity, in which case the digital learning environment in the modern education system is playing an increasingly important role. Adaptive learning environment is an intelligent digital learning environment can facilitate the realization of human education, intelligent modeling, adaptive learning environments in education research has far-reaching significance.In the adaptive environment, the learner’s learning characteristics can be investigated by this study, but not the impact of learner characteristics and development of learners to learn the key factors, not all the characteristics of learners in a learning environment simply be reflected in in adaptive learning environment, teaching and learning space separated, individual student learning, task-driven learning, contextual learning so managers can make the learning process for students to conduct a comprehensive understanding and monitoring. Therefore, we need to influence the characteristics of learners in learning to identify key factors, in order to better grasp the learner’s learning, but also to design better and more adapt to the learner’s learning environment, truly individualized instruction.Adaptive learning environment to achieve the personalized, individualized to the students, we must provide learners with adaptive learning initiatives, including: adaptive learning, adaptive learning strategies, adaptive learning mode. These adaptive measures are inseparable from the analysis of learning behavior of learners.Given the above analysis, this study attempts to study the impact of factors in learning behavior of learners to learn, through technical means a comprehensive record of the learner in adaptive systems (Mintel English learning system, for example) the self-study data, through the Weka data mining software tool depth analysis of data mining, learning behavior of learners trying to establish the level of student learning relationship with the regression model.
