The goal of the research is to explore the relation between teachers’professional values, teaching efficiency and working performance, improve teachers’professional values, upgrade teachers’teaching efficiency and working performance. Thus, the resource of education is optimized, education function is enhenced in school education, excellent modern education concept is received by students and bring up high quality talants who can meet needs of our times. Three scales are adopted:’Teachers’Working Values Scale’,’Teachers’Teaching Efficiency Scale’ and’Teachers’Working Performance Questionnaire.240 teachers were selected, investigation was made by collective test, the data were analysed and inspection by statistic software SPSS. The results indicate:1. The general standard of primary and secondary school teachers’professional values is high.Average score of teachers’professional values scale is equal 4.322, higher than critical value 3, it indicated that primary and secondary school teachers’professional values were positive.2. Primary and secondary teachers’teaching efficiency scale is not bad by overall situation.Overall, self-evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers’teaching efficiency is higher than average standard, they have confidence in their teaching and lack confidence in development of education to students.3. The overall situation of primary and secondary school teachers’working performance is excellent.The primary and secondary school teachers’score is high in working performance scale factors. It indicates that teachers can do their work well.4. The relation between teachers’professional values, teaching efficiency and working performance is significant or more significant.Relevant and regression analysis were made in relation between teachers’professional values, teaching efficiency and working performance. Among them, relevance between professional values and teaching efficiency is very significant, relevance between professional values and working performance is significant, relevance between teaching efficiency and working performance is significant on many dimensions.5. School managers should take effective measures in order to upgrade teachers’teaching efficiency, build up positive professional values. So promotion can be made in teachers’ working performance.
