Based on the development of integrated business management system of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, this paper first describes in detail the defects and shortcomings in the information-based construction of current disease control and prevention field, introduces the origin of "China’s public health information classification framework and basic data collection standards", and summarizet he significance of the system research and development.Second, the paper presents detailly the .NET framework and web technology needed in system development, analyzes and sums up the importance of .NET Framework, as well as the advantages over traditional way of development.On this basis, the paper clarifies the system design goals, analyzes and simplifies business relationships in CDC. Combined with actual practice and .NET development platform, and based on the combination of B/S and C/S structure, it designs and realizes the CDC integrated business management system. Among this, the paper highlights two sub-systems of the entire system, and they are also the basic physical examination of system data and the laboratory management.Finally, the paper outlines the system’s operating environment, interface design and the main points testing, and put forward some views and solutions to the system inadequacies.
