In order to realize nobody on duty of transformer substation, after technical economy compare between using dispatching automation for main station system net extension and power community local centralized control allocation scheme, we decided to adopt the same centralized control station the same platform scheme for on the design choice. Namely, two system database, figure and table use the same platform. Through work station of dispatching system load substation and check its preposition unit and server’s working status and code sending area. Besides, we can maintain the centralized control station through city area work station. The two systems are connected by high speed net and have one route of simulation for spare. When trouble occurs on high speed net, we can transfer manually to simulation passage by way of picture. The main advantages of this monitor system on technology performance are as follows. Realize true open distributed system, data bridging and mutual spare dual ETHERNET structure. Adopt the same software system platform as city area dispatching system.
