The new curriculum reform, high school biology curriculum in 2008, Zhejiang Science and Technology Press, Zhejiang materials used. The materials and PEP materials are very different. This requires high school biology teachers to give full play to Zhejiang Branch edition of "Biology," the advantages of teaching, guiding students to carefully, carefully read the materials, to find the essence of teaching, students explore the ability of science to improve teaching effectiveness. The emergence of information technology for vivid, lively classroom provided the conditions, but students without a corresponding increase efficiency. Analysis of the main reasons are: teachers generally ignored in modern educational technology and teaching high school biology links, not according to high school biology curriculum content to choose the right teaching methods, to take appropriate teaching strategies, to play the advantages of multimedia courseware.This paper is to solve the modern educational technology in high school biology teaching effective use of questions, combined with Lesson analysis and discussion, to find effective teaching strategies and teaching methods, the formation of optimal teaching model, the modern educational technology and biology teaching effective integration. By high school biology textbook reading method of study, students develop good reading habits. In the new curriculum under the guidance of, and information technology and teaching high school biology content integration, the integration of teaching methods, play audio and video content richness and diversity, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, combined with the actual situation of students to help students build a complete knowledge of biology, so that students can in the shortest possible time, to learn more knowledge, organize useful information and increase interest in learning, improve their quality of biological sciences, students explore capacity, and achieve the best learning results. At the same time, the use of questionnaires to explore methods to explore the experimental teaching of instructional design to carry out teaching, and achieved good results.
