This thesis includes three chapters.Chapter 1: Study of the synthesis and property of 1,2,4-triazole derivatives.In this section, the former research work on synthesis and application of 1,2,4-triazole derivatives, which were to say, are discussed, and a series 1,2,4-triazole were synthesized in on pot under microwave irradiation condition. Compared with classic methods, it has the advantages of quick, high-yield, clean and work-up easy. The structures of all the compounds were conformed by elemental analysis, IR and ~1H NMR. From the bioactivity of the compounds investigated, they showed good plant growth regulative property. Futhermore, the crystal structure study shows the hydrogen bonds and the weakπ-πinteractions between the moleculars and these compounds were self-assembled to one-dimensional linear.Chapter 2: Synthesis of aryloxy thioacylsemicarbazide derivatives.In this section, we give a review on the former research work of aryloxy thioacylsemicarbazide derivatives and synthesize a series the compound under microwave irradiation condition. This method possesses the advantages of quick, clean, and work-up easy over the reported methods. The structures of all the compounds were conformed by elemental analysis, IR and ~1H NMR.Chapter 3: Synthesis of aryloxyacete derivatives.In this section, the former research work on synthesis and application of aryloxyacetes derivatives are discussed. Methyl aryloxyacetes were synthesized under microwave irradiation and phase transfer catalysis conditions in good yields. Correspondingly, aryloxyacetic acids and hydrazides were prepared in one pot, respectively. By the optimization of the reaction condition, rapid, high-yield, efficient and convenient methods for the preparations of aryloxyacetic acids, esters and hydrazides were given.In summary, we synthesized 1,2,4-triazole, aryloxy thioacylsemicarbazide and aryloxyacete derivatives in this thesis. By the optimization of the reaction conditions, we give good methods of synthesizing these three kinds of compounds, which are attractive for their advantages shown in the thesis.
