Today’s society is prevalent of Internet development. Traditional software architecture design method lacks of effective reuse modules and information exchange capabilities, resulting in internal university prone to "information isolated island" problem. Bad software architecture designed to easily lead to colleges and universities maintain and upgrade existing systems as well as the increase in the cost of college applications integration between the input high and long cycle. The traditional method of developing and designing a software system follows a lack of flexibility to change capacity, leading to solve the ever-changing management needs of teachers.In this paper, the status quo and problems is proposed based on service-oriented architecture of the university teacher management system design. Service-oriented architecture is a loosely coupled software architecture.This paper are mainly concerned of the following areas: First, today’s concerns of the industry SOA architecture and web services technology enables to conduct a comprehensive study. These related theories SOA and Web services, which the development process and the latest developments; Secondly, the proposed SOA-based management system for university teachers hierarchical system architecture design and module design, Introduced the SOA-based management system for university teachers modular design of the system business functions, system architecture overall design, technical architecture, as well as the overall design of service-oriented security design, in which business functions described in detail the system modular design, that is, the management of teacher deployment, title assessment management, and title treatment management, teacher training and management module design, as well as the overall design of technical architecture design of N-layer structure, that means the layer design, business exterior layer design, business layer design, data access layer design and data layer design; Finally, a college teacher management system implementation.
