The Jiahao Chemical Commodities Stocking-Selling-Storing Management System that integrated the stocking, selling and storing studied in this article, can carry out the daily stocking-selling-storing management, provide abundant of functions such as business recording, data searching and statistics, make the business enterprise managers be able in time to analyze and evaluate the management circumstance of their enterprise, and thus attain the goal of raising the work efficiency and management level of their enterprise.In this thesis, after the merit and shortcoming of the C/S structure and B/S structure being compared according to the concrete circumstance of the enterprise, the B/S system structure is adopted. According to the database principle and the general development process of database information management system, the Microsoft company of SQL Server 2000 is chosen for the background database, and the ASP.NET popular currently for the foreground developing tool, then, the design and development work of the system is completed on the Windows 2003 server operating system platform.First, the thesis introduces the establishment of operating conditions, then carries on a requirements analysis to the system function, the total system capability and the system safety, and then describes amply the total system design project, the essential system design, the design and realization of the database and the functional modules of foreground application, finally gives out the testing result of the integrity of data and database, and that of the system function.A modular programming method is adopted in the system. The functional modules of the system include: a basic information management, a stocking, a selling, a storing and a user management, and etc. In the process, in which each functional module is designed in detail, the great attention is given to the business supervision of large-scale complicated management activities with multi-merchandises and multi-specifications, so as to rise the work efficiency and the synergic supervising ability of each sector; the normative business management style is built up to free the business personnel from busy billing and numerical stating by hand, so as to improve work efficiency and reduce artificial mistake; the characteristics of the personnel who wanted the computer knowledge is considered sufficiently, and the business processes, prompt languages and operation modes in use are all familiar to the business personnel, therefore, even a person who do not understand the calculator at all can use the system adroitly to complete a business processing.The system design has followed the general principles of software development and the general methods of object-oriented design to guarantee the stability, reliability and advanced nature of the software system.The system has passed the basic function and system test. It is indicated by the test result that the system can quickly and rightly complete the function what it should have, so, the possibility and the usefulness of the original design thoughts are proved.
