The structural experiments often needs to consume the massive manpower and the financial resource,and the similar experiment sometimes needs toduplicate does many times.some experiment datas are not easy to obtain. The finite element simulation has overcome these shortcomings. The method that may establish one kind of simulation real structure through software, which as the auxiliary research method, can make up the full-scale test insufficiency and has the positive function to the structural theory development and the application.This article utilizes finite element software ANSYS curved carries on the simulation to the prestressed and nonprestressed beams which reinforced with carbon fiber in the example for analysis and research concrete beams with carbon fiber reinforced stress mechanism and reinforcement effect, the research on the model establishement,the parameter selection, the pre-stressed exertment, the unit life and death application, the operation converge and so on when carries on the finite element analysis. Simulation pre-stressed beams’s carbon fiber cloth gluing after exerting the pre-stressed through uses the unit life and death which in ANSYS provided. The simulation result、the experimental value and the theory value have carried on the comparison. In view contrast analysis of prestressed beams and the nonprestressed beams under each kind of different operating mode dehiscence situation、the steel stress change situation、carbon fiber cloth stress variation and so on. And has carried on the contrast to two pre-stressed beams which have different loading increases courses. The above analysis may explain that the simulation analysis is feasible and reliable about pre-stressed beams and nonprestressed beams.It has made the improvement after the beams reinforcement that first exerts the pre-stressed to the carbon fiber before loading, which made up the carbon fiber shortcoming in the certain degree that high strength not to be able full application. It explained that the simulation contrast analysis not only enhance the structure supporting capacity of various stages using the pre-stressed carbon fiber also reduces the deflection when beam destructed.This article simulation analysis methods have the certain reference value to reinforcement and making up strongly about the prestressed concrete and the nonprestressed concrete structure.
