With the rapid development of media and information technology in recent years and the society’s increasing need for information, advertisement has been a propaganda means which can not be neglected for enterprises.Facing with various advertising propaganda methods as well as the client’s and advertising agency’s requirement for advertisement management, the advertisement management system(AMS) has come into being. By monitoring the process of advertisement, the AMS can provide customers with accurate and real-time statistics.Aiming at the present ad system’s deficit and the client’s and advertising agency’s requirement for ad management, this paper talks about designing and creating an AMS by combing the workflow technology.This AMS includes several management modules such as ad planning management, ad budget management, ad material management, ad producing management, ad cost management and ad effect management etc., which can meet the functioning need for ad management in the ad creating process for client and ad agency and provide a communicating platform for client, ad agency and ad producing company.This AMS use the three layer structure based on B/S model, is realized by adopting standard workflow design method. It’s most obvious difference with other ad system is that it offers convenient management which saves great money and labor. It also has the functions of statistics, analysis and modification, which ordinary ad systems can not provide. Easy to handle, convenient for management, it is a universal ad management system with great reliability which can be used for products of different categories. This paper gives the detailed designing and creating method of the AMS by demonstrating the whole structure and designing technology requirement of the AMS.
