By way of the core parts of electrical vehicle, motor, driver and controller play important roles, and researches on them have important theoretical and practical meanings. Hybrid magnet BLDC motor has been the best choice for HEV with its merits of high efficiency, high power density and superior speed regulation performance. In this thesis, the Hybrid magnet BLDC motor for HEV and its driver are taken as the research object with elaborate theory analysis and experiments.The key technology EV controller is given in the paper. It analyses the theory and the control method of hybrid exciting motor in detail. And put forward a scheme of driven based on DSP. In view of the structure of Hybrid magnet BLDC motor for EV application, a novel control strategy is presented to meet the demand. On the base of new control strategy, several methods of hybrid magnet BLDC used in EV are studied. A new regeneration scheme and its control strategy are designed in chapter three. The paper also designed application layer of CAN protocol. Controller’s hard core is TMS320LF2407 DSP, composing a high performance control system. A set of practical system for experimental is developed, which based on DSP control technique. The results show that the scheme is easily carried out. It also analyzed the experiment results.The thesis stresses the analysis of the hybrid exciting motor used on EV. The paper uses the former people’s research fruits in the field, and combined with own experiences in motion control system research for years. Finally, simulation and experiments results demonstrate the validity of control, the analyses and control strategies are advanced.
