The foundational curriculum reform is a massive revolution, it means huge challenge to teacher and has raised new claim and expection for teachers.There is nothing for teacher to do but to improve it’s own professional level and switch roles successfully that can satisfy the requirement of new curriculum and age developing.Furthermore,the teacher roles switching and its own developing are closely associated,they are supplementary to each other.Therefore,in the proceeding of curricular reformation of fundamental education,discussing about teacher’s roles switching is of profound theoretical and practical significance.The thesis takes the new curricular reformation as background,F middle school of Fushun city Liaoning province as studying field,teacher X as the studying object,and uses qualitative researching method,gathers the first-hand materials which the studying needs by semi-open interviews,observation and practicality gathering and so on.And then explore the roles definition and switching of teacher X before and after the curricular reformation,the influence of curricular reformation upon her,how teacher X changes her roles,the confusions she meets in the switching process etc by classifing and analyzing the materials gathered.The thesis attempts to respect teacher X herself as the point of departure,expects to demonstrate the process of teacher X’s roles changing from researcher’s angle.This thesis includes six chapters:Chapter1:Introduction.Elaborate the genesis, purpose and meaning of this research.Chapter2:Literature review. This chapter includes three respects, firstly, classifing the researches related to teacher roles and roles switching; secondly,Introducing the re-definition of teacher roles switching under the new curricular reformation background;thirdly,definiting the concepts related to this research.Chapter 3:Considering of some questions of this research.This chapter includes the validity and reliability of the research results,the ethical and moral problems happened in the process of the research,generalizing of the results and so on.Chapter 4:Design and process of this research.This part mainly includes the steps ofresearch, the method choosing, materials gathering, disposing, analyzing and presenting.Chapter 5:Results and analyse of the research.This part mainly includes the teacher X’s roles definition before curricular reformation;the impact of curricular reformation on teacher X;the demonstration formulation of teacher X’s roles performance after curricular reformation;the track analyse of roles switching of teacher X;the introspection of teacher X.Chapter 6:My introspection.It mainly includes teacher X’s consideration about the perplexed exists;the introspection of new teacher roles behavior and the research itself.
