Teachers professional development is in the hot issues, and In the school development the leaders are concerned about a practical difficult problem .However, with the development of the new curriculum reform, the professional development of teachers is becoming more and more important. Howerver ,what factors hinde the teacher’s development? What should the leaders cope with ?At present we are lack of a system of study . In this study , I take FoHu Senior High School teachers professional development for an example. I investigate the situation of the professional development of teachers of the Rural Senior High School .From the point ofschool background ,the teachers’ teaching efficiency ,school administrative evaluation.organizational atmosphere ,the direction of educational policy and training system ,I analysis and think about the causes of obstacles and the improvement strategy ,Obstacles of Teachers’ professional development of the Rural Senior High School include :Senior secondary education test pressure; Education department and school administration can’t provide Environmental support for Teachers’ professional development ;Teachers lack professional ideals.According to obstacles above ,I put forward the following strategies:Improve rural education status ;Education department and school administration provide Environmental support for Teachers’ professional development; Improve teachers’ professional ideals and establish a scientific and effective teacher evaluation system. Through the study of this issue ,I hold the view that these strategies can provide a certain reference for FoHu Senior High School teachers’ professional development.
