Research on the Effects of Acupuncturing on Insulin Resistance in Prenatally Androgenied Male Rats the Mata-Analysis of Treatment with Chinese

Objective:By maternal height androgens environment, we established hyperandrogenism and insulin resistance model in filial generation male gender big rat. And by monitoring serum dehydroepiandrosterone levels and insulin、blood glucose、testosterone、cortisol changes, we discussed the treatment of acupuncturing therapy on filial generation male gender big rat of abnormal androgen and insulin.Methods:Pregnant rats injected with testosterone propionate three days and the filial generation male gender big rats were selected in the study. We test their weight、dehydroepiandrosterone、testosterone、cortisol、insulin and blood glucose. After two weeks acupuncturing, we tested the relevant indicators again to check its influence on androgen and insulin levels.Results:1 Before the treatment, the level of testosterone had no significant difference and the level of 17-Hydroxyprogesterone had significant difference in model group in comparison with oil group.2 After the treatment, level of serum insulin in acupuncture group decreased significantly in compare with the control group, but without statistical significance.3 Before and after the treatment, the level of blood glucose and data of OGTT had no significant difference in acupuncture group in comparison with control group.4 Changes in serum DHEAS: Before the treatment, acupuncture group of DHEAS difference with ACTH stimulation had significant difference compare with the control group. After treatment it was remarkably, but the amplitude was smaller than before the treatment.5 Model group comparing with oil group of fat wet weight and weight drops had significant difference after treatment. Acupuncture group compared with the control group, fat wet weight / body weight of the end ratio was no significant difference, but the acupuncture group’s ratio was significantly lower than the control groups. But there had significant differences in control group compared with the oil group and acupuncture group compared with the oil group.Conclusion:By injecting testosterone propionate into pregnant rats, we successfully induced hyperandrogenism model in filial generation male gender big rat. Acupuncturing at Fenglong Point、Tianshu Point、Zusanli Point and Sanyinjiao Point had regulation effect on insulin、glucose metabolism and DHEAS level. It also had therapeutic effect on obesity of parental Polycystic Ovary-Like Syndrome Rats.
