the Value Adoption of Aesthetic Realization of China’s Literacy Criticism is a value orientation which take the literary value on the opus itself and emphasize on the aesthetic particularity. During 20th century in china, the forming course of those theories can fall into four successive phases: the germination at the beginning of 20th century , the construction during the“May 4th Movement”,the expansion from 1930 to 1940 ,and the development after 1980. There are several main theories On the Value Adoption of Aesthetic Realization of China’s Literacy Criticism in the 20th Century. First, WanGuoWei discussed the Aesthetic particularity of Literacy Criticism. He drew the conclusion that Literature have better use for amusement or for revolutionary propaganda. Second, GuoMoRuo and ZongBaiHua linked the Literacy Criticism to the life vitality. Third, ZhuGuangQian try to answer not only the problem what is beautiful but also the problem why people can tell us something are beautiful and others are not .fourth ,ShenCongWen and LiJianWu held a concept that Literature is something witch put the noble character into a beautiful form. Fifth SunSaoZhen and NanFan try to find the complicated relationship among wards, emotions, structure and Aesthetic intuition. This paper try to analysis the same value orientation of the main theories in the structure by three correlation parts: the aesthetic form, the aesthetic intention and the critical model. The 20th century is a special period in china .In that period, china just came from a classical culture blockade and towards modern culture which is likely connect with all over the world. At that time, the two kinds of ideological system were being put together. one kind of ideological system came from Chinese tradition culture ,and the other one came from Western countries. They struggle,communicate,and at last connected into a new one . Those Literacy Criticism theories on the Value Adoption of Aesthetic Realization are deeply contribute to the literary noumenon theories in china. But there are some limitations in those theories, such as neglecting research deeply for the theory of instructing the Criticism experience; and the excess focus on the philosophic aesthetics instead of the literary aesthetic particularity; and the tendency of westernizing in the theoretic terms.
