An Analysis on Strategies to Develop Teachers as a Collection

In order to improve the standard of managing a school, the main concern is to improve the quality of teachers as a collection, the developing process of which is from a lower level to a higher one. Firstly, the thesis has an analysis on the problems and their roots in the collective development; then it begins to conclude the qualitative prescription, the laws of collective development and the fundamental principle of a healthy collection through researches on essays and documents on collective education. Secondly, based on the conclusion above, three strategies on developing teachers as a collection are put forward:element management, procedure heading and parallel education.
