Goal: Using the literature material law, summed up the feelings, the relationship between mental health and physical exercise results Experimental methods used to study how baduanjin of mind and mental health of college students. Hostilities, have a positive impact on total average reached significant levels (P≤0.01); on the interpersonal sensitivity. Horrible, paranoid, psychotic symptoms have a certain impact, but not significant levels. Conclusion : baduanjin small intensity of the campaign is also an aerobic exercise, lasting and endurance exercises. Enhance self-control and attention to spiritual cultivation, adjust their mentality. To promote the mental health of college students and to develop a positive mind.
