In the development process of communication network to the next generation network NGN, IP bearer network technology has been widely used. Both the fixed network and mobile core network are gradually introduced the IP bearer network technology. At present, many countries have entered the era of 3G, China has issued 3G licenses, and domestic carriers have built IP bearer network in all of the country. The mobile service IP bearer network of China Unicom will be positioned as the bearer network of the 2G/3G mobile service.With the merge and restructuring of Hebei CNC and Hebei Unicom, with the development of the 3G business, Hebei Unicom urgent need to integrate the existing network resources, build and improve mobile service IP bearer network, thus enhancing the service provision capabilities and competitiveness of enterprise.This paper discusses the technology background, the development of domestic and foreign, and the relevant technical principles of IP bearer network, focusing on MPLS technologies, MPLS VPN networking, IP network QoS implementation, network reliability analysis. In the analysis of the status of the domestic and international IP network, and the existing data network infrastructure of Hebei Unicom, Hebei Unicom will build a new IP bearer network of the mobile service, or IP bearer B network.1. I introduce the scheme of the mobile IP bearer network architecture, routing scheme, service access, network management and clock synchronization.2. With the type of service access type, I give the service guarantee of QoS, high reliability and fast convergence, network security of the mobile service IP bearer network of Hebei Unicom.3. Test network functionality of the mobile service IP bearer network of Hebei Unicom, including PING baseline test, NTP accuracy test, the time of ISIS test,the whole network MP-BGP test,the proficiency of GR/NSR, MPLS Fast Reroute,QoS of the whole network,which verify the feasibility of network design.
