To the students of secondary vocational school education is occupation guidance in secondary vocational schools teaching important component, related to the occupation education development and prospects for the future. Long-term since, the school also undertook a series of occupation guidance education, but ignore the moral education of secondary vocational school class main position of this platform, in the class management is implementation of occupation guidance education, the author thinks must fully recognize the characteristics of vocational students, understanding of occupation guidance characteristics and how to play a role in class management on the basis, and according to the different students’ individual advantage and market demand, system plan occupation career planning training. In fact, only in the full understanding of occupation guidance in class management in the vocational school education the importance, to keep pace with the times, entered a new level; good occupation instruction work will not only help students improve their own quality, to better cope with the market competition, alleviate the grim employment situation of secondary vocational school students, also has the benefit of being lack of vocational education system.In this paper, to explore the medium occupation school occupation instruction education as the basis, based on the class management of secondary vocational school students through the occupation education, firstly summarizes the characteristics of vocational students, occupation guidance in the class management of secondary vocational school the necessity and function; the secondary vocational school occupation instruction status, problems and reason analysis, in which the section third using a questionnaire survey method, mainly used for a secondary vocational school class management occupation guidance of vocational school class teachers, through the investigation, the understanding of the secondary vocational school class teacher in class management occupation instruction work existence question; finally on class management of secondary vocational school through the occupation directive principle and way analysis, countermeasures for the development of research, mainly from the teacher and the school two aspects presented in class management strengthening vocational school occupation guidance a series of suggestions.
