In Modern organization management, team management is a way used to improve the competitiveness of the organization. Team psychological empowerment is an important team psychological characteristics, and it plays a vital role in team management process.The team psychological empowerment, which cause the employees to show different organizational citizenship behavior, produce different performance results. As an important consequence variables, Team performance remains a major concern. Therefore, researching team psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior’s influence on group performance of organization has an important significance in theory and practice for improving team competitiveness.Through the collection and analysis of the relevant literature, in this study the "middle school teachers’team to the questionnaire of psychological empowerment" is made, the "teacher organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire" and "questionnaire of team performance are amended. Using the three questionnaires to measure teacher team from four regions, this study explore team psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior’influence on group performance, and organizational citizenship behavior’s mediating effects between team psychological empowerment and group performance. The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, teachers team psychological empowerment contains two dimensions:ability oriented authorization and work oriented authorized.Secondly, team psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior was positively related,and organizational citizenship behavior is a significant predictor of the team performance;Thirdly, team psychological empowerment can directly predict team performance, at the same time, it has indirect impact on group performance through organizational citizenship behavior’mediating effects
