Study on the Strategies of China Cinda Ass-et Management Corporation in the Period of Transferring to Commercialization

This paper is focus on the strategies of China Cinda Asset Management Corporation (so called CCAMC), mainly on investigating constituting and choosing, implementing and evaluating the strategies in the period of CCAMC transferring to commercialization.This paper utilizes correlative theory of strategy management, analyzing CCAMC’s exterior environment and interior condition, resource and ability, and value chain of bad capital operation. This paper adopts SWOT matrix to constitute and choose developing strategies of CCAMC. Conclusions are followed: in the period of CCAMC transferring to commercialization, multiple developing strategies mainly on bad capital should be adopted, and in the period of transferring accomplished, multiple developing strategies should be transformed to organization model controlled by financial group.This paper deems that implementing multiple strategies may cope with competition, it helps to improve corporation operational efficiency and transform to commercialization successfully. At present, businesses of corporation are already altered from unitary disposition of bad capital to dealing in securities, funds, insurance, trusteeship and liquidation, financial adviser, entrustment, leasehold, and etc. in the meantime, some experiences and persons with ability are accumulated. But risks of multiple strategies exist. To some extent, financial business with high risks, require large numbers of professional with trade concept. In fact, this kind of professional are lacked, so core competitive of corporation are hardly formed in short term. All these limitations restrict. To implementing multiple strategies effectively, innovations should be introduced which include that, Perfecting property rights of corporation and constituting corporate governance mechanism, secondly, forming network and enterprise organization, reengineering business process, forming multilevel marketing network to expand market scope and build up Cinda brand, perfecting incentive mechanism, strengthen risk management and constructing corporation culture, and etc.This paper studies appraising index system of CCAMC’s multiple strategies in the period of transformation, using methods of Balance Score Cards and Key Performance Index. This index system includes 43 firm-level performance indexes, from four dimensions of financing, clients, inside procedure, learning and developing.
