In recent years, with the independent college springing up in the establishment of China, moral education research under network environment has been a hot topic twittering, But the effectiveness of moral curriculum for moral education research has great theoretical and practical significance.This study is consisted of four chapters. The first chapter expound topic source, research purpose, significance, contents and methods, and the core concept for this article made a definition. The second chapter of home and abroad about moral education course under the network environment, the effectiveness of the independent college moral curriculum theory and practice research are reviewed. The third chapter examines the effectiveness of the independent college moral curriculum status quo. In the fourth chapter, countermeasure and the suggestion have been put forward to promote the effectiveness of the independent college moral curriculum.The main conclusions are as follows:First, most students affirmed the independent college moral education courses in colleges and universities in the significance and the positive role of moral curriculum, for more efficiently and effectively carry out moral education curriculum reform, proposed further hope and requirements. And some of the students moral curriculum important parts of the ideological and political education course-the effectiveness of the reservations.Second, under the network environment, the effectiveness of the independent college moral education course that the main influence factors including subjective factors and objective factors two aspects, subjective factors are mainly embodied in the moral education workers treating curricula attitude and moral curriculum related teaching methods of mastery and strategy use, etc., objective factors are mainly embodied in moral curriculum atmosphere and network the background, etc.Third, moral educators should first to improve their own personal comprehensive quality, to become rich content, have knowledge of the connotation of moral educators, mainly including system study ideological and political theory knowledge, pays attention to practice the acquisition of knowledge and accumulation, etc., secondly, we should create a keeping pace with The Times, the students to accept the methods of work, social and school should be moral educators improve overall qualities and pioneered working method to create favorable external conditions, mainly including the creation of the moral education work environment and improve the relevant system, carry out effective moral educators training several aspects.This study analyze the effectiveness of the independent college moral education course in present situation, providing the theory and the practice basis for improving moral teachers’ teaching level and professional development.
