As the university expands and employs constantly in recent years, thehigher education of our country has entered a stage of popularization. Swift and violentdevelopment of society, science and technology and new rounds of course reform ofbasic education put forward high requirement to higher teacher education.The curriculum question is a key question of educational reform, the curriculumstandard question is one of the basic problems of the curriculum theory. Withoutscientific curriculum standard being the guidance, other reforms can only stay in thesurface level, and the curriculum reform does not have substantive progress. Theresearch of the course standard is directly related to the realization of educationalpurpose and training goals, and plays a very important role in training qualified talentsand improving the quality of education. Especially, have very important meanings intraining the teachers of middle school in the new century.University physics curriculum is an important basic curriculum of non-physicsspecialties in normal colleges and universities. It is the base for the students to study well allnatural disciplines, establishes the knowledge foundation and method foundation for thestudying of other disciplines, have irreplaceable advantage in training students’ variousability and quality. The research on the curriculum standard of university physics theuniversity physics curriculum standard, which has certain directive significance towriting the teaching material meeting the developing needs of society and havingcharacteristic of normal colleges and universities, to setting up the new appraisal system,to changing the teaching methods and learning methods. And it is the strong guaranteeto training the teacher of middle school with integration capability qualified.
