Ordinary for college entrance physique healthy standard requirements, so relaxed, part of the "physical abnormalities, disease, remnants, weak and individual student groups such as age," university student group a chance to become an important part of one of the students, in order to make it equal accept education group, regulation of ministry of education for sports the student group set up with rehabilitation, health care primarily physical education curriculum, this also is various universities obligatory responsibility.This paper used the literature data method, questionnaire survey, expert interview and mathematical statistics, in Chang Chun 18 colleges in recovery health-care PE investigated, mainly probes into the present rehabilitation care class student work situation, problems and countermeasure, etc. The results show that in Chang Chun city, such as low ordinary university students in a special group disablement of physical teaching, at present enough emphasis, only five common universities athletics lesson, opened rehabilitation care not to offer PE the average college student group can follow the special classes, and normal class of colleges and universities, 80% of university teaching syllabus no definite regulations of teaching, accordingly, in teaching arrangement more casual. In the teaching contents, teaching in the traditional skills such as taijiquan health project primarily, theoretical knowledge, mainly arrange some rehabilitation care knowledge, and healthy psychological knowledge not taken seriously, in teaching content choice, not focused on the student’s individual differences, for application of teaching method, also is more one fold, much to the traditional teaching method is given priority to, to student’s teaching basic employ unified teaching organization form, for different body symptoms groups of students without discrimination. In the evaluation methods, teachers only pay attention to the results of assessment, has neglected the process of assessment and the importance of this will definitely affect the enthusiasm of students’ study, on the other hand, the teacher itself ability is limited, lack of rehabilitation care and psychological health knowledge and skills, engaged in rehabilitation care about how to lack of physical teaching objective understanding. And this student community health condition is sort is more, this also gives teaching caused certain difficulties.For the present situation of rehabilitation care PE, students are put forward corresponding Suggestions: in theory teaching, students want much arrangement some rehabilitation care knowledge and mental health knowledge, in skills, boys wish to arrange for a basketball, football, kickboxing and badminton items, and while girls’ wish to arrange for a dance, yoga, dancing and calisthenics etc projects; In class, most students want way by the teacher organizations and students; combine free learning Organizationally, 43.48% in teaching students according to the organization teaching students interested in hope, 37.84% students hope by the students organize the teaching condition; 41.62% in evaluation form, the students by the teachers’ evaluation, students hopes proved, self-assessment form 32.92% combined, three students hope teacher evaluation and students of combining proved.Be reasonable to improve recovery health-care PE teaching in Chang Chun, should from the following several aspects: change education departments and school leaders about the thoughts, update their concepts; Establish and perfect the P.E. teaching material system recovery health-care and outline; Rich teaching contents, methods and class organization form; Establish a reasonable objective assessment and evaluation form; Strengthen rehabilitation care sports teaching teachers team construction and train students to sound personality, etc. Ensure that each student disablement benefit, make the sports education get weaker students.
