With the changing of industrial structure and economic development mode in China, it needs more and more intermediate and senior technical talents for economic development. Lack of skilled personnel has become an important factor hampering for the economic development. How to train large quantities of technical talents to meet the practical need of economic development, has become an actual problem which the government must confront. Compared with other education, vocational education has enormous advantage in training technical talents. Secondary vocational education is the main body of the vocational education. Therefore, researching on coordinated growth of the secondary vocational education and national economy, increasing the talent training to fit the need of economic development has the extremely vital significance.This paper begins with the education and economic research situation at home and abroad. Through the correlative theory in this paper constitute the theoretical framework. Take Jiaonan City Shandong Province for an example, this paper research on coordinated growth of the secondary vocational education and national economy. In pointed out the current problems existing between the vocational education and economic development, this paper introduces the case, analyzes the development mode of vocational educational corporation, and summarizes the enlightenment. Combined with the actual situation of Jiaonan, this paper established education group mode logical model and the specific operation mechanism. With vocational education group mode, this paper puts forward countermeasures for the coordinated growth of the secondary vocational education and national economy, which from the government, enterprises and promoting vocational schools.Based on the research above, this paper points out that, secondary vocational education collectivization school-running mode is not only a way to promote the effective of education and economic development, but also a realistic choice to integration education resources to train more technical talents to better fit the needs of economic development.
